Koch Chemie Micro Cut & Finish P3.01

The Koch Chemie Micro Cut & Finish P3.01 combines three work stages into one product: cut, finish, and protect. It removes scratches, swirl marks, and sanding marks up to P3000 in a single polishing pass, while the built-in carnauba wax immediately leaves a protective layer and a deep, warm gloss on the paintwork. No separate wax or sealant needed when you want a fast, clean result. Available in 250 ml for occasional use and 1 L for regular or professional work. The P3.01 works with a dual-action or rotary polishing machine as well as by hand, giving you flexibility for both maintenance and correction work. How to use

1. Wash and degrease the paint thoroughly before starting (Wash with a pH-neutral shampoo, then wipe with IPA solution (10-20% isopropyl alcohol) to remove wax and silicone residues. Dry with a microfiber towel.)

2. Apply 3-5 ml of P3.01 to a 130-150 mm pad (Spread in 1 ml drops. Orange or white for correction, black or blue for finishing. Start at 600-800 rpm.)

3. Polish the panel in overlapping passes (Increase to 1000-1500 rpm (DA) or 800-1200 rpm (rotary). Keep pad flat, use light pressure. One panel at a time.)

4. Remove residue with a clean microfiber towel (Allow to haze for 30-60 seconds until it wipes off easily. Use a soft, lint-free cloth and check under good lighting for remaining swirls.)
