We use the following payment methods:
We maintain a payment obligation of 14 calendar days. Exceeding this condition may result in penalties up to a maximum of 25% of the original amount.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several products in one order that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform T&H Car Care of your decision within the withdrawal period through an unequivocal statement, for example by email to info@thcarcare.nl. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not obliged to.
After your notice we will send you return instructions. Returns are handled through our delivery partner CarCare24. Return the product within 14 days of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we agree otherwise with you in advance. Handle the product and its packaging with care: you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.
We will reimburse the full purchase amount, including the original delivery costs, within 14 days of you withdrawing from the contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier. We reimburse using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; this will not cost you anything.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal was broken after delivery, nor to goods made to your specifications or that are clearly personalised.
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the use of our services. By scheduling an appointment, you also agree that hiring us is at your own risk. If you are not satisfied with our work or believe there is a problem with a service we have provided, please contact us within 24 hours. This way we can act quickly to reach a solution. Due to the way vehicles are exposed and used, we cannot be held responsible for defects discovered after 24 hours; for this reason, we cannot guarantee that we are the cause.
T&H Car Care is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information collected from our customers. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use and share personal information, as well as the measures we take to protect it.

This information is collected through personal interactions, phone calls, email exchanges, forms and contracts.
We do not share personal information with third parties, except with suppliers and contractors who support us with accounting and administration, and with law enforcement when legally required.
In the event of a data breach, we inform those affected as soon as possible, investigate the cause and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
This privacy policy is effective from 25-06-2024 and replaces all previous versions.
