We only collect data that is necessary for providing our services and processing orders.

Who do we share personal information with?

We only share your data with parties necessary for our service delivery: payment processors (Mollie), delivery services, and government authorities when legally required. We never sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)— EU (under EU DPF)

  Doel: Website usage analytics — only active after explicit consent via the cookie banner

  Gegevens: Pseudonymised interaction data, truncated IP address, device information

How do we handle data breaches?

In the event of a data breach, we will report it to the Data Protection Authority within 72 hours and inform affected individuals as soon as possible, in accordance with GDPR.
