The steps we go through for Complete Treatment (Cars).
The interior is first completely vacuumed: seats, mats, carpet, boot, seams and all corners. Then the dashboard, centre console, door panels, displays and all surfaces are cleaned with special interior cleaners tailored to the material type.
With our Showroom and Complete packages, all textile surfaces - seats, mats, boot and optionally the headliner - are treated with professional steam cleaning. Stubborn stains are treated per material separately. Steam removes dirt, bacteria and allergens at a deep level.
The exterior is treated with snow foam to loosen dirt, followed by a scratch-free hand wash with pH-neutral shampoo and the two-bucket method. Wheels, tyres, wheel arches, door jambs, sill trims and fuel cap are thoroughly cleaned.
With the Complete package, the paintwork is decontaminated with clay and contaminants are removed. The paintwork is then single-stage machine polished to remove swirls and light scratches. The result is a smooth, glossy surface ready for protection.
Depending on the package, we apply spray wax (1 month), 3D Poxy wax (3 months) or ceramic wax (1 year). Plastic parts are nourished, chrome parts polished, windows finished streak-free. With the Complete package, upholstery is waterproofed and leather parts are coated.
Enschede places cars under a combination of environmental stresses that is substantial by Dutch standards. The city sits in a sheltered hollow that holds moisture overnight, keeping paint surfaces damp for extended periods and accelerating the creep of road salt into micro-cracks in the lacquer. From November through March, the roads to and from Gronau are salted daily, and that salt does not wash off with a garden hose - it settles into panel edges, door sills, and wheel arches.

Summer on the A35 near Glanerbrug means a regular accumulation of insect proteins on the front end. Autumn closes the cycle with leaf tannins that stain if not removed promptly.
Domestic washing addresses surface dirt but cannot reach oxidised lacquer layers, bonded pollen residue, or mineral salt deposits in panel seams. Professional decontamination, followed by ceramic coating or quality wax protection, is the only treatment that genuinely safeguards the paint and maintains the vehicle's long-term value.
