Step by step
Thorough inspection of the upholstery to assess the material type (fabric, leather, Alcantara, faux leather) and the level of soiling. Based on this, we create a customised treatment plan.
First, the interior is thoroughly vacuumed to remove loose dirt, sand and crumbs. Then we treat stains and stubborn dirt with specialised cleaning agents tailored to the material type.
Using professional steam equipment, we clean the upholstery at a deep level. Steam penetrates the fibres and removes dirt, bacteria and allergens that regular cleaning cannot reach.
Stubborn stains such as coffee, ink, grease or pet marks are treated with special products per material type. We exclusively use products that are effective without damaging the material.
Unpleasant odours are not masked but tackled at the source. We neutralise odour molecules so that smoke, pet and other odours are permanently eliminated.
After cleaning, we apply a protective treatment to the material. For leather a nourishing conditioner, for fabric a waterproofing layer that prevents future stains. The result: long-lasting freshness and care.
