Return Policy

These are their return terms:

Requesting a return

Email info@carcare24.eu and mention your order number and the reason for the return. Customer service will then assist you.

When an item qualifies

To be eligible for a return, an item must:

• be unopened and still encased in its original packaging;
• be new and unused;
• be returned within 14 days after receiving the product.

Not eligible

The following do not qualify for returns:

• items that are not in the original packaging;
• orders with missing items;
• items that have been opened (or whose seal is removed);
• items over the 14-day return window.

Costs

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the return freight is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the return is received and processed, you receive a full refund for the product minus the 15% restocking fee, to the card or payment option used in the order. Refunds typically take roughly 5–7 business days after the item is received.

Damaged or defective

Damaged, defective or frozen items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order. For expensive purchases we advise choosing insured shipping.
