Koch Chemie Micro Cut M3.02

Koch Chemie Micro Cut M3.02 is a finishing polish used after machine sanding or as the final correction step before applying a coating. With a polish factor of 3.2 it permanently removes holograms, polish haze and fine swirl marks on surfaces sanded to P3000, and the gloss grade of 9 means the result is immediately presentable without an extra step. The silicone-free formula leaves no residues that affect the adhesion of wax, sealant or ceramic coating applied afterwards. On sensitive dark colours and scratch-resistant paint the M3.02 performs reliably, while low product consumption and easy residue removal keep working time short. Available in 250 ml per-customer use and 1 L for daily workshop operations.

How to use

1. Start with a clean, degreased surface (Clean the panel with IPA spray or degreaser. Assess the scratch depth: M3.02 handles surface scratches and sanding marks down to P3000.)

2. Apply 3 to 5 drops of M3.02 to the pad (Use a medium-foam finishing pad on a DA or rotary machine. Apply to the pad rather than the paint and spread evenly by briefly pressing the pad.)

3. Polish in sections of 30 x 30 cm (Medium speed, overlapping passes. On scratch-resistant paint slightly more pressure improves the result. Keep the pad flat against the surface.)

4. Remove residue and inspect the result (Wipe away residue with a clean microfibre cloth. Inspect under an inspection lamp or in raking light before moving to the next step.)
