Liquid Elements T4200 Orbital Polisher 15mm

The Liquid Elements T4200 is a dual-action orbital polisher with 950 W of power and a 15 mm orbital throw. That combination makes it suitable for both paint correction and finishing on all standard automotive paintwork, from soft single-stage lacquers to harder two-component systems. Six selectable speed settings between 2,500 and 5,500 rpm let you tune the machine to the task: low speeds for finishing on sensitive paint, higher settings for compound correction work. The detachable 8-metre cable is the biggest practical upgrade over its predecessor: you can reach around an entire car without an extension lead, and the cable is easy to swap when needed. The ergonomic 3 kg frame with rubber soft-grip reduces fatigue during extended sessions. Carry case included as standard.

How to use

1. Mount a 125-130 mm pad onto the backing plate (Choose a cutting pad for compound, finishing pad for polish. Prime the pad with pad conditioner before use.)

2. Apply a small amount of compound or polish to the pad (Start on low speed (setting 1-2) to spread the product, then increase to working speed.)

3. Work in overlapping passes across the paint surface (Keep the machine flat and use light pressure. After the correction stage, remove residue with a microfibre towel.)
