Wheel Coating & Protection

A wheel coating lays a hard, chemically resistant layer over your wheel that repels brake dust and dirt. The result is that grime bonds far less and on the next wash you often only need water and a soft brush. For wheels that are constantly exposed to heat and brake contamination that is a real advantage.

Wheel coatings come in ceramic and semi-permanent versions. Ceramic coatings last longer and handle heat better, which matters when you have powerful brakes. Good preparation, meaning a clean and fully degreased wheel, is what largely determines how long the coating holds up.
