Chemical Guys Wheel Guard Rim Sealant is a synthetic acrylic wheel sealant in cream form, packed in a pot with a lid. The formula repels brake dust, dirt, mud and water and fills the pores of the wheel, so dirt sticks less and the wheel stays easier to clean. Wheel Guard also protects against corrosion caused by hot brake dust, which makes a real difference with daily driving. The sealant is safe on glossy wheel finishes such as chrome, polished aluminum, powder coating, painted wheels, carbon and stainless steel. You use it ready to go, with no dilution needed. Let the wheel cool down first, wash and dry it, then apply a small amount with an applicator in a thin, even layer over the wheel and the brake calipers. After 15 minutes of drying, buff the sealant off with a microfiber towel. Protection lasts for months, so you need fewer intensive cleaning sessions on the wheels. The 237ml pot lasts a long time thanks to the thin, sparing application.

How to use

1. Let the wheel cool down first if it is warm from driving, then wash and dry it thoroughly before applying the sealant.

2. Apply a small amount of Wheel Guard to an applicator and spread it thin and evenly over the wheel and the brake calipers, section by section.

3. Let the sealant dry for about 15 minutes until it forms a light haze on the surface.

4. Buff off with a clean microfiber towel for a tight, protected finish that lasts for months, even with regular driving.

Clean the wheel first with Koch-Chemie Magic Wheel Cleaner, apply Wheel Guard with a Koch-Chemie applicator sponge, buff off with an El Gordo microfiber towel and use a Wheel Woolie wheel brush for the spokes.
