Menzerna Super Finish SF 3500

Menzerna Super Finish SF 3500 is the finishing polish for the final refinement step in the polishing process. The nanotechnology works in two directions: it removes existing holograms, polish trails and micro-scratches, and it prevents new micro-scratches from forming during polishing. SF 3500 can remove P3000 sanding marks, making it a direct follow-up after a coarser sanding step. Recommended pads are the Medium Cut Foam Pad for light cutting and the Soft Cut Foam Pad for maximum gloss on sensitive paint. The polish works on both rotary and orbital polishers. Available in 250 ml for detailing individual panels and in 1 L for larger polishing jobs. The final result is a deep, hologram-free paint surface.

How to use

1. Remove heavy scratches first with a compound or medium polish (SF 3500 is not a heavy cutter. For P3000 sanding marks, start directly; for deeper scratches, use Menzerna Heavy Cut Compound 400 first.)

2. Apply a small amount of SF 3500 to the pad (Use a Medium Cut Foam Pad for light sanding marks or a Soft Cut Foam Pad for the final finish step. Spread the polish evenly before starting.)

3. Polish in overlapping passes at low to medium speed (Move the machine slowly in a straight or cross-hatch pattern. Check the result in good light regularly.)

4. Remove residue with a clean microfiber cloth and apply protection (Wipe off polish residue with a dry, soft cloth. Apply wax, sealant or ceramic coating to preserve the gloss.)
