Bilt Hamber auto-balm

auto-balm by Bilt Hamber is a protective paste wax containing corrosion inhibitors and hydrophobic agents. The formula bonds to painted surfaces, bare metal, chrome and polished metal, leaving a smooth, water-repelling layer that sheds water, salt and road grime. Particularly well suited to classic cars and show vehicles where both gloss and active corrosion protection matter. Unlike traditional carnauba waxes, the balm formula uses a unique blend of protective compounds that bond chemically to the substrate. Application requires no machine: a slightly damp applicator pad, a small amount of balm, circular motions panel by panel and a buff with a clean microfiber towel.

How to use

1. Wash the car thoroughly and dry completely. (Make sure the surface is clean and grease-free. If the paint feels rough, clay it first, then use a cleaning polish if needed.)

2. Dampen the applicator pad slightly, wrung out so it is damp but not wet. (Scoop a small amount of balm onto the pad. A little goes a long way.)

3. Apply in circular motions, one panel at a time. (Cover chrome trim and bare metal sections as well as painted panels.)

4. Allow to haze slightly, then buff off with a clean microfiber towel. (Check the result for even coverage. Reapply on areas needing extra protection.)
