Koch Chemie PW Protector Wax is a fast-drying spray protection you lay over your paint after washing. It leaves a tight, streak-free layer that repels water, so rain rolls off in beads and your paint and glass stay cleaner for longer. You can use it neat or diluted, and it can even be applied in full sun.
Neat or diluted?
Koch Chemie gives you two options: use PW neat, or dilute it up to 1:2 with water. Neat gives the strongest beading, diluted is more economical and usually plenty for in-between maintenance.

Three ways to apply PW
PW works as a cold wax, hot wax and foam wax, by hand or by machine. For home use the first two are the most practical.
As a cold wax by hand: wash your car first and keep the paint wet. Spray PW evenly over the wet paint, spread it with a clean towel if needed and rinse off. Expect around 13 to 19 ml for a whole car.
With a foam gun or lance: always put a pre-diluted mix in the reservoir, never neat, and lay down a thin layer of foam. Let it dwell briefly and rinse off.
As a hot wax: this runs through a hot-wax system like the ones in a car wash. At home the cold method is the most practical.
How much do you need?
Expect around 13 to 19 ml per car for cold or hot wax. A bottle lasts a long time, especially if you dilute.
Tips for the best result
Always start on a clean car. Lay PW over dirt and you simply seal that dirt in.
PW can be applied in full sun, so you do not have to wait for cloud cover or a shaded spot.
Work panel by panel so the product does not dry before you rinse.
Repeat the treatment after every wash to keep the water repellency up.
