Menzerna Medium Cut Polish 2500

Menzerna Medium Cut Polish 2500 is a water-based, silicone-free medium cut polish that removes sanding marks down to P2000 while simultaneously building deep gloss on clearcoat. Developed for the OEM market, the 2500 combines corrective ability with a finer finish than traditional compound products.

Finely milled, uniform abrasives in high concentration deliver a consistent and predictable cutting pattern without excessive heat build-up. Low dust production makes extended polishing sessions comfortable in a detailing bay or body shop environment. Because the 2500 is water-based and silicone-free, it is overpaintable and safe to use alongside body shop work.

Always use with a machine polisher and clean medium foam or microfibre pads for consistent results across the full paint surface.

How to use

1. Clean and degrease the paint thoroughly (Work on a clean, degreased surface. Use an IPA spray or panel wipe to remove wax and oil residues before polishing.)

2. Apply 4-6 dots of product to the pad (Spread across a 125-150mm medium foam pad. Prime the product at low speed before cutting.)

3. Polish in sections of roughly 40x40cm (Work with a DA polisher at speed setting 4-5 (or a rotary at lower RPM) with moderate pressure. Make 3-5 overlapping passes per section.)

4. Inspect the section and remove the residue (Remove polish residue immediately with a clean 300-400 GSM microfibre towel. Inspect the result under an inspection lamp.)
