The D-CON V4 Wheel Cleaner & Iron Remover is an improved generation decontamination product for wheels and bodywork. The formula reacts chemically with iron particles from brake dust and industrial contamination, visibly turning red/purple to show exactly where rail dust is present and when the product has done its job. Safe on paint, wheels and all exterior surfaces including plastic and anodised aluminium. The lavender scent makes use significantly more pleasant than classic acidic iron removers. Available in 500ml ready-to-use and 5L for professional or bulk use. The V4 is the improved successor to D-CON V3.

Wet the wheel and remove loose dirt with water (Rinse the wheel with a water jet before application. This removes loose grime so the V4 can act directly on the iron particles.)
Spray D-CON V4 generously over the entire wheel surface (Cover all sides of the wheel including the inside of the spokes and the rim edge. Use on brake calipers too if visibly contaminated.)
Allow 2-5 minutes dwell time until the colour change is visible (The formula turns red/purple where iron particles are present. Do not let it dry on the surface.)
Rinse thoroughly with a strong water jet (Rinse away all product and dissolved iron residue. A pressure washer gives the best results on hard-to-reach wheel sections.)
Use D-CON V4 with a D-CON Medium Duty Wheel Brush for stubborn grime, D-CON Clay Lube for paint decontamination, Bilt-Hamber Korrosol for persistent fallout and D-CON Wheel & Rim Wax V2 for protection after cleaning.
