D-CON Delta Pro Cutting Polishing Pad Grey

The D-CON Delta Pro Cutting polishing pad in grey is made from medium-hard foam for correcting deep scratches and swirls. The slightly rounded edges protect trim and plastic parts while the pad spins, so you can also work close to edges. Attach the pad by its hook-and-loop backing to the plate of a DA polisher (dual action). Use it together with a cutting compound as the first correction step, before switching to a softer pad for finishing. Choose the size that fits your backing plate, from 35-45mm for small spots to 150mm for large panel surfaces.

How to use

1. Attach the pad centred on the backing plate of your polisher (Make sure the hook-and-loop sits flat and even)

2. Apply a cutting compound and spread at low speed (Then work at medium to high speed until the defect disappears)

3. Wipe the section with a microfibre towel and check the result (For remaining scratches, repeat the section with slightly more pressure)

Pair it with Koch-Chemie Heavy Cut Polish H9.02 and wipe down with the Chemical Guys El Gordo microfibre towel.
