D-CON Delta Pro Cutting Polijstpad Grijs

The D-CON Delta Pro Cutting Pad in 35-45mm is the tool for the spots a large pad simply cannot reach: trim pieces, door seams, rear spoilers and A-pillars. The medium-hard grey foam tackles deep swirls and scratches in confined areas, using the same foam composition as the larger Delta Pro sizes. Velcro backing locks firmly onto a mini backing plate, and the slightly rounded edges keep pressure distributed evenly across curved surfaces.

How to use

1. Attach the pad to a mini backing plate (35-45mm) on your DA polisher (Confirm the velcro seats properly before starting)

2. Apply a small amount of medium-cut compound (rice-grain size) (The smaller surface area requires less product than a 150mm pad)

3. Work with light pressure over the edge or seam in overlapping passes (Keep the machine moving to avoid heat build-up on the small area)

4. Remove compound residue with a clean microfiber towel (Inspect the result under good lighting before continuing)
