Koch Chemie Micro Cut Polijstpad

The Koch Chemie Micro Cut Polishing Pad 45mm is a compact microfibre pad for targeted paint correction in areas where a larger pad cannot reach. The 45 mm diameter makes it ideal for badge edges, A-pillars and bumper corners without touching surrounding paint. The microfibre material provides micro cut action: enough cutting power to remove swirls and fine scratches, with a cleaner finish than a foam medium cut pad. The Velcro backing fits any standard backing plate and works with both rotary and dual-action (DA) machines. Available in 45 mm, 80 mm, 130 mm and 150 mm.

How to use

1. Attach the pad and apply 2-3 small dots of polish (Small pad, small amount. Spread evenly across the pad face.)

2. Start at low speed, spread polish over a 15x15 cm area without pressure (Then switch to working speed: DA 3-5, rotary 600-900 rpm.)

3. Polish with overlapping passes until the product turns transparent (Light pressure. Transparent means worked out: stop the machine.)

4. Wipe residue and inspect under raking light (Rinse the pad with warm water and allow to dry flat.)

For a complete correction result, pair this pad with Koch Chemie M3.02 Micro Cut polish, a DA polisher from Liquid Elements, and a D-CON microfibre cloth to wipe away residue after polishing.
