Krauss Micro Backing Plate

This Krauss Micro Backing Plate is a replacement part for your micro polisher, available in 15 mm and 25 mm. You remove or fit the plate without tools, in a single hand motion. The flexible build spreads the machine's pressure evenly across the surface and follows curved panels smoothly, while dampening vibration as you polish. Besides micro polishing pads, the plate also accepts brush attachments, giving your machine wider use. This keeps polishing results consistent on both rotary and dual-action machines, even during longer sessions.

How to use

1. Unscrew the old backing plate from your micro polisher's shaft by hand. (This works entirely by hand, no extra tools needed.)

2. Screw the new backing plate on until it sits firmly. (Tighten it about as firmly as the old plate was, not too loose and not too tight.)

3. Attach the micro polishing pad or brush attachment in the matching size. (Check that 15 mm or 25 mm fits your pad.)
