Koch Chemie P6.02 One Cut & Finish combines paint correction and protection in one product. The formula removes light scratches, swirls, and sanding marks up to P2000 in a single pass with a polishing machine. The integrated sealant seals the paint immediately after polishing, eliminating the need for a separate finishing step.

P6.02 is designed specifically for machine polishing with a DA or rotary polisher. The combination of high-quality abrasives and synthetic additives delivers a high-gloss result that shows depth even on dark paints. Available in 250 ml for individual panels or small corrections and 1 L for larger projects and workshops. The dual action (correction and sealing) saves one step in your detailing workflow.

How to use

1. Prepare the surface (Wash the car thoroughly and degrease the panels to be polished with an isopropyl cleaner. Check in good light which scratches and swirls are present.)

2. Apply P6.02 to the pad (Place 3-5 small dots of product on a medium cutting or finishing pad. Spread the product across the panel at low machine speed before beginning to polish.)

3. Polish panel by panel (Polish each panel at moderate speed (3-4 on a DA, 900-1200 rpm on a rotary). Work with overlapping passes and check the result every 2-3 passes.)

4. Remove residue and inspect (Remove polishing residue with a clean microfiber towel as soon as the product becomes transparent. Inspect under LED or fluorescent light for remaining swirls before moving to the next panel.)
