Chemical Guys Clay Eraser Disc Medium 152 mm

The Chemical Guys Clay Eraser Disc Medium (CLY_512) is a 152 mm synthetic clay pad designed for use on a DA polisher. The Hex-Logic Geo Texture increases the contact area per rotation, efficiently lifting iron fallout, brake dust, industrial overspray, and airborne contamination from paint. At medium grade, this pad suits most vehicles without the risk of over-marring. Always apply a clay lubricant before use.

How to use

1. Clean the surface (Wash the vehicle thoroughly and ensure no loose debris remains on the paintwork.)

2. Apply lubricant (Spray clay lubricant generously onto a section of around 40 x 40 cm. The surface must be well lubricated.)

3. Work with the DA polisher (Attach the clay pad to the DA polisher via the backing pad. Work at low speed in overlapping passes. Add more lubricant whenever you feel resistance.)

4. Remove residue (Wipe away lubricant and loosened contaminants with a clean microfibre towel.)

Use with D-CON Clay Lube as lubricant, and follow up with Shiny Garage D-Tox iron and fallout remover for a fully decontaminated surface before your next coating or polish.
