Sundstrom SR570 Starter Pack

The Sundstrom SR570 Starter Pack is a complete, ready-to-use Powered Air-Purifying Respirator (PAPR) system for spray booths and dusty workshops. The SR500 power unit pumps 175 or 240 l/min of filtered air through the lightweight full-face mask, so you breathe without resistance during extended spraying or sanding work.

A lithium-ion battery provides up to 8 hours of autonomy, enough for a full working day. When the battery runs low or airflow is blocked, the unit gives a triple alert: visual, audible, and vibration, so you never miss the signal. The mask withstands water, heat, chemicals, and impacts and has a wide field of vision for unobstructed sight while working. Certified to EN 12941 and EN 166.

How to use

1. Check that the battery is fully charged and filters are correctly fitted before use (Fully charge the lithium-ion battery. Verify filters are firmly connected to the SR500 unit and the mask seals properly with no gaps.)

2. Switch on the SR500 power unit and select the desired airflow (Select 175 l/min for regular use or 240 l/min for demanding environments. Wait for airflow to stabilize before beginning work.)

3. Work in the spray or sanding environment with the mask on (The PAPR system filters air continuously. Stop immediately at an obstruction signal and check filters and connections.)

4. Clean the mask after use and charge the battery (Wipe the mask with a damp cloth. Replace filters on the manufacturer schedule. Store in a dry, dust-free location.)
