Mirka Carat Sandpaper 230x280mm P180 (50 sheets)

Mirka Carat P180 is hand sandpaper made from latex-impregnated paper, specifically developed for dry sanding by hand. The flexible paper leaves an even, uniform scratch pattern and is intended for paint, coatings and wood. Thanks to the latex impregnation, the paper stays supple and durable during use, even when you bend it to work on profiles or edges. Each sheet measures 230 x 280 mm and the box contains 50 sheets of P180, a grit you use to key or prepare paint and wood before moving on to primer or a finer finish.

How to use

1. Fold or cut the sheet to size for hand use or a sanding block, depending on the job.

2. Sand dry with even pressure in straight, overlapping passes across the whole surface.

3. Replace the sheet once the grit is saturated with sanding dust and loses grip.

4. Clean the surface after sanding before moving on to the next step.
