Bilt Hamber Flat-Face is a filler primer you use to create a flat, smooth surface before spraying. The formula fills small imperfections and pinholes, then sands easily to an even, matte layer. Flat-Face dries fast and covers well, so you can move on quickly to the next step in your spraying process. The product is compatible with most primers and paint systems, so you can fit it into your existing workflow. Mix the base with the catalyst in the right ratio before use and work at a temperature of at least 15 degrees for the best result. Make sure the surface is dry and free of grease before you start.

How to use

1. Make sure the surface is dry and free of grease, and degrease it thoroughly with a clean cloth or xylene before you start.

2. Mix 10 parts base with 1 part catalyst and stir well before use, until the color is even.

3. Spray at a temperature of at least 15 degrees, preferably with a gravity-feed gun for an even coat.

4. Let the layer dry completely and sand it flat before moving on to primer or paint.

For prep work, pair it with masking tape, an organic vapor respirator, a degreaser and a sander for the finish.
