The 3M Clean and Strip disc is a non-woven abrasive disc built to quickly strip underbody coating, filler, old paint layers, and rust. The open nylon structure with silicon carbide grit clogs less than a standard grinding disc, so it stays effective longer. The disc won't damage metal, aluminum, or other non-ferrous materials, so you strip the coating without harming the panel underneath. The mandrel mount lets you swap discs quickly on a drill, angle grinder, or bench grinder. This set includes 10 discs at 75mm.

Mount the disc via the mandrel onto your drill, angle grinder, or bench grinder. (The mandrel mount fits most standard drill chucks without an extra adapter.)
Work the coating, rust, or paint layer with light pressure. (Let the tool do the work, forcing it wears the disc down faster.)
Swap the disc once it's visibly worn for consistent results. (Store spare discs somewhere dry so the coating stays intact until use.)
Follow up with the Bilt-Hamber Deox rust remover and finish the metal with the D-CON metal polish.
