Lake Country CCS Polishing Pad Yellow

The yellow Lake Country CCS pad delivers the highest cut level in the entire CCS range. Collapsed Cell Structure pockets slow compound absorption, keeping the product active on the paint surface longer. Choose this pad when the clear coat shows severe oxidation, swirl marks, or deep scratches. At 1,000-1,200 rpm the foam cuts efficiently without generating excessive heat. Always follow the cutting step with the orange and white pad to remove haze and build a clear finish.

How to use

1. Prime the pad with a few drops of compound (Apply 3-4 rice-grain sized dots of compound directly onto the pad.)

2. Start on low speed to spread the product (Press the pad flat on the panel and turn the machine to 1,000-1,200 rpm before moving.)

3. Work section by section in overlapping passes (Apply moderate to firm pressure until the compound is nearly clear.)

4. Always follow with the orange and white pad (The yellow pad leaves a light haze that the lighter cutting steps remove.)
