D-CON Delta Pro Polishing Pad Green

The D-CON Delta Pro Polishing Pad Green is the middle step in the Delta Pro pad system. After cutting with the grey pad, use this green foam to remove light to moderate swirls and holograms, preparing the surface for finishing.

The open-cell foam delivers a consistent medium cut. Hook-and-loop backing fits any standard backing plate for use on a DA orbital or rotary polisher. Five sizes cover every panel: large for hoods and doors, small for trim and mirror caps.

Reusable and compatible with paint, ceramic coatings and PPF.

How to use

1. Mount the pad on the backing plate (Attach via hook-and-loop to a backing plate at least 5 mm smaller than the pad diameter. Dampen lightly.)

2. Apply the polish (Place 4 drops of compound or polish on the pad. Spread at speed 1-2 over a 40 x 40 cm section.)

3. Polish at working speed (Work at speed 4-5 (DA) or 900-1200 rpm (rotary) in overlapping passes. Repeat 3-4 times.)

4. Remove residue (Wipe with a microfiber towel, then follow up with the yellow finishing pad.)

Pair the green polishing pad with Menzerna Medium Cut Polish 2500 as your compound, a Chemical Guys flexible backing plate for the right pad pressure, the D-CON Workhorse microfiber towel for wiping down the surface, and the D-CON wall mount holder to store your polisher.
