Menzerna Heavy Cut Foam Pad Red 150mm

This Menzerna Heavy Cut Foam Pad is a hard polishing pad measuring 130 to 150mm (6 inch), built for heavy paint correction. The red foam structure works best with aggressive compounds such as Menzerna Heavy Cut and removes deep scratches, sanding marks and other surface imperfections in a single pass. The high quality velcro backing keeps the pad firmly attached to the backing plate, even under high pressure and speed. Thanks to the unique foam structure, it delivers strong, even cut without overworking the paint. Follow up with a medium or soft pad to work toward high gloss.

How to use

1. Mount the pad on a clean backing plate (Press evenly so the velcro grips across the full surface)

2. Apply 3 to 4 pea sized drops of Heavy Cut compound (Spread the compound at low speed before building up pressure)

3. Work in sections of roughly 50 by 50cm (Keep the machine flat and move evenly until the scratches disappear)
