Shiny Garage Clay Block

Shiny Garage Clay Block is a soft clay bar for removing stubborn dirt, industrial fallout and early rust spots from paint and glass. The clay picks up contamination that washing alone cannot remove, leaving the surface completely smooth again. Always use the block together with a lubricant such as Smooth Clay Lube or a soapy solution, so the clay glides smoothly over the surface instead of sticking. Because the clay is soft, scratching stays to a minimum, especially when paired with a suitable lubricant. The result is a glass smooth surface that is ready for polishing, wax or a coating.

How to use

1. Wash the car thoroughly first and dry the surface (This removes loose dirt before you start claying)

2. Spray the paint wet with a lubricant such as Smooth Clay Lube (The clay should never move dry across the paint)

3. Move the clay block back and forth over the surface with light pressure (Knead the clay regularly to keep using a clean section)

Combine it with Shiny Garage Base Shampoo for the pre wash and Shiny Garage Carnauba Spray Wax to finish.
