Mirka Mirlon Total Grey Non-Woven Abrasive Roll 115mm x 10m P1500

The Mirka Mirlon Total Grey P1500 is a flexible abrasive fleece for hard-to-reach spots and uneven surfaces. The fleece is more aggressive and open than the standard Mirlon line, thanks to reinforced fibres and improved grain bonding. You use the roll to matte surfaces, scuff before painting and safely work plastic parts, such as injection-moulded components. The result is an even, easy-to-polish sanding pattern without deep scratches. The 10 metre roll gives you enough material for multiple jobs cut to size.

How to use

1. Cut a piece of fleece from the roll to the length you need for the job.

2. Sand with light, even pressure over the surface or plastic part, using small overlapping circles.

3. Work in overlapping passes for an even, consistent result.

4. Check the sanding pattern regularly under good light and repeat with a finer grit if needed.
