Mirka Autonet Sanding Net 125mm P500 (50-Pack)

The Mirka Autonet sanding net 125mm P500 uses an open mesh structure that keeps sanding dust from clogging the abrasive. That keeps the grit sharper for longer and makes the disc work more efficiently than traditional closed-coat paper at a comparable grit. P500 is a fine grit, suited to prepping paint for polishing or smoothing the final layer before moving to a compound. The open structure gives optimal dust extraction toward your vacuum or sander, keeping the work surface cleaner. It mounts with hook and loop and fits any 125mm sander. The pack contains 50 discs, enough for several panel sections in a row.

How to use

1. Mount the disc with hook and loop on the sander or block.

2. Connect the sander to a vacuum where possible, that keeps the work area a lot cleaner.

3. Work in even, overlapping passes with light pressure, without lingering on one spot.

4. Move on to compound or polish once the surface feels even under your fingertips.

Follow up with Menzerna Heavy Cut Compound 1000 and lift residue with a Chemical Guys microfiber towel.
