Mirka Iridium SR Sanding Disc 32mm P2500 (100 pieces)

The Mirka Iridium SR P2500 is an ultra fine sanding disc for the finishing stage before polishing. The silicon carbide grain sits on a stable backing and leaves a fine, even scratch pattern that polishes out quickly. You use the disc on the Mirka AOS-B 130NV cordless sander for spot repair, touch-ups and finishing on paint, clearcoat and composite. P2500 is slightly coarser than P3000, so you remove material faster without scratching deeper than needed. With 100 discs per pack, you have enough stock for multiple workshop jobs.

How to use

1. Mount the P2500 disc on a 32mm cordless sander, such as the Mirka AOS-B 130NV, and make sure it's securely fitted.

2. Sand with light, even pressure in overlapping passes across the full spot repair area.

3. Check the scratch pattern regularly under good work light to keep the finish consistent.

4. Polish immediately afterwards with a fine compound to fully remove the scratch pattern.

Pair it with Rupes Da Fine Cut compound to polish out the scratch pattern in one step.
