Flex M14 Extension Set for Rotary Polishers

The Flex M14 Extension Set puts your rotary polisher within reach of spots you normally can't get to. The set includes three anodized aluminum extensions in 50, 80 and 120 mm, plus an M14 adapter for a cordless drill. That means you can polish side mirrors, spoilers and bumper edges without converting your tool or buying a second machine.

Each extension has a 19 mm shaft diameter and a 17 mm wrench flat, and works with backing plates up to 75 mm and polishing pads up to 80 mm, the same sizes you're probably already using. The set is compatible with a long list of Flex PE models such as the PE 8-4 80, PE 14-3 125, PE 14-2 150, PE 150 18.0-EC, PE 14-1 180, L 602 VR and L 1503 VR, plus the Rupes LH19 and the Krauss P7. Everything travels in a compact mini L-Boxx with a dedicated slot for an LED swirl finder light, sold separately.

For detailers who regularly work tight corners and uneven panel sections, this is how you get the same finish everywhere, without giving up control. Because every extension uses the same M14 shaft connection as your machine, nothing changes about the balance or load while you polish. The adapter also lets you keep working with a cordless drill when your regular polisher isn't handy.

How to use

1. Pick the extension that matches the distance (Use 50 mm for tight corners like mirror bases, and 120 mm for deeper zones such as behind a spoiler or under a bumper edge.)

2. Screw the extension onto your polisher's M14 shaft (19 mm shaft diameter, 17 mm wrench flat, use a wrench if needed to tighten it firmly before you start.)

3. Attach a backing plate and polishing pad (A backing plate up to 75 mm and a pad up to 80 mm fit the extension, the same sizes you're already used to.)

4. Polish the hard to reach zone at your usual speed (Work in overlapping passes the same way you would on a flat panel, keeping the machine perpendicular to the surface for an even finish.)
