ProElite Black Gum is a gel formula that restores rubber tyres and exterior plastic such as bumpers and wheel arch liners to a deep, glossy black that holds for months. The gel texture is a deliberate choice: the product does not splash, does not drip onto the paintwork and applies evenly with the included applicator. A thin layer is enough for a full, deep black result. The formula also protects rubber against surface scratches and weathering. Available in 250 ml, 1 L and 5 L, so both the single-car hobbyist and the professional detailer with a fleet have the right amount on hand. For the best result, apply to a clean, dry or slightly damp tyre after a tyre cleaner, so no dirt or grease interferes with adhesion.

How to use

1. Clean the tyre first (Use a tyre cleaner such as D-CON Tire Clean to remove dirt, old rubber and residue from previous dressings. Rinse and allow the tyre to dry or pat dry.)

2. Apply Black Gum with the applicator (Apply a thin, even layer of ProElite Black Gum to the sidewall of the tyre with the included applicator. Work in circular motions and ensure even coverage across the full height of the rubber.)

3. Allow 5-10 minutes to absorb (Allow the product to absorb for 5-10 minutes before driving. This reduces the risk of splashing and helps the gel bond to the rubber.)

4. Remove any overspray (Wipe any residue from the rim edge or wheel arch liner with a dry microfibre towel for a clean, finished look.)

Clean the tyres first with D-CON Tire Clean, apply Black Gum with a Shiny Garage bi-color tire applicator, and use Bilt-Hamber Auto Wheel on the rims for a complete finished result.
