Bilt Hamber Auto-Wheel is a non-acid wheel cleaner with a gel base that chemically breaks down iron particles from brake dust and road contamination without damaging your wheels. The gel formula clings to the wheel surface and visibly changes to deep red when it contacts oxidised iron particles, so you can see exactly where the formula is working. For normal contamination, no agitation is needed: spray, wait, rinse. The 1L pack includes a trigger spray and a synthetic wheel brush for heavier cases.

How it works

The formula reacts with the oxidised surface layer of iron particles, making them water-soluble and rinsing them away without scratching. Because it is non-acid and non-alkaline, it is safe on painted, anodised, powder-coated, and diamond-cut wheels. How to use

1. Spray Auto-Wheel generously onto a cool, dry or lightly wet wheel (Avoid spraying directly onto the hub caps. Make sure the wheel is not hot from driving.)

2. Allow 3-5 minutes dwell time and observe the colour change (The formula turns deep red on contact with iron particles. Do not allow it to dry.)

3. Rinse thoroughly with a garden hose or pressure washer (For light contamination, rinsing alone is sufficient. No further treatment needed.)

4. For heavy soiling: agitate briefly with the included wheel brush before rinsing (Use the brush gently on spokes and the wheel rim. Rinse completely afterwards.)
