Chemical Guys Blue Guard II Wet Look Tire Dressing

Chemical Guys Blue Guard II is an oil-based tyre dressing with a 9/10 gloss rating, for those who want a pronounced wet-look finish on tyres, rubber and exterior plastic trim. The formula contains patented UV absorbers that protect against premature ageing, yellowing and cracking in rubber and plastic. After drying, the product feels dry to the touch, so there is no dust attraction or greasy film on the tyre. Beyond tyres, it also works on exterior trim: it restores yellowing and removes brown oxidation spots caused by prolonged sun exposure. Do not use on interior surfaces or vinyl.

How to use

1. Clean the tyres thoroughly with tyre cleaner and a brush (Dirt and old dressing residue on the tyre prevents even coverage; proper prep is essential)

2. Apply a thin layer of Blue Guard II onto an applicator pad or foam block (Do not use too much product; a rice-grain amount per quarter tyre is sufficient)

3. Distribute the product evenly across the tyre sidewall (Cover the full sidewall, including the lowest section of the tyre)

4. Allow the product to dry 5-10 minutes before driving (Wipe off any excess product at the outer edge of the tyre with a towel)
