Mirka Abranet Sanding Net P600 (50-pack)

The Mirka Abranet P600 is a sanding disc with an open mesh structure instead of traditional sandpaper. Because the whole disc is made from a net of abrasive material, dust is continuously carried away while you sand rather than building up on the surface. That keeps the disc cutting longer and prevents clogging, so you get noticeably more use out of the same disc compared with paper alternatives. Grit P600 is meant for final wet sanding step before machine polishing, with minimal scratch depth. The flexible backing follows the contours of the panel, giving an even sanding pattern without smooth spots. Each pack contains 50 discs, ready to use on a sander or hand block with hook-and-loop attachment.

How to use

1. Attach the sanding disc to your sander or hand block using the hook-and-loop backing in the matching size.

2. Keep the surface and disc wet while you sand for an even result.

3. Sand with light, even pressure in overlapping passes for the final wet sanding step before machine polishing.

4. Check the surface regularly and clear away dust or water before moving on to a polishing compound, such as Koch-Chemie Heavy Cut Polish or your next step.
