Menzerna Super Heavy Cut 300 Compound Green Line 250ml

The Menzerna Super Heavy Cut 300 is a Green Line compound with very high cut, built for heavy correction on the paint. The formula removes sanding marks and deep scratches extremely fast and efficiently, thanks to a premium composition specifically tuned for hard to correct paint damage. Green Line means this compound meets the VOC free standard DIN EN ISO 11890-2, giving less harsh solvent smell and a more pleasant working environment without sacrificing any cutting power. The product forms barely any dust while working, so you keep a clear view even on a large panel. The silicone free formula also leaves a clean base for the next polishing step. Always follow up this compound with a medium and finishing polish for an even, deep high gloss finish across the whole panel.

How to use

1. Mount a hard cutting pad on your polisher (Clean the paint thoroughly first so no grit ends up trapped under the pad)

2. Apply 3 to 4 pea sized drops of compound to the pad (Spread at low speed before building up pressure)

3. Work in sections of roughly 50 by 50cm (Keep the machine flat and move evenly until the sanding marks disappear)

4. Buff off with a clean microfiber towel and follow up with a finishing polish (Check the result in direct light before moving on)
