Mavel Mega Cable Reel 35m 230V

The Mavel Mega is an automatic cable reel with spring return, built for workshops where you need to bridge a long distance with power. The reel has 35 metres of working cable (plus a 2 metre supply cable) in neoprene 3 x 1.5mm² and delivers up to 2000W when fully unwound, enough for a polisher, work light or other professional equipment. The IP24 protection rating makes it splash-proof, so it also works in a garage where moisture is never far away. Thanks to the swivel wall bracket (180°), you mount the reel on a wall or ceiling and turn it to the direction you need. Built-in overheat protection, a safety cut-out and a childproof socket keep things safe, even under daily use in a professional workshop.

How to use

1. Mount the wall bracket on a solid wall or ceiling, at eye height or just above for easy reach. (Use the included fixing points and check that the wall can bear the weight.)

2. Pull the cable out to the length you need. (With 35 metres of working cable, you reach even the furthest corner of the workshop.)

3. Plug your equipment into the socket at the end of the cable. (Keep an eye on the maximum 2000W rating when connecting your equipment.)

4. Let the cable retract slowly into the reel after use, so it doesn't snap back. (This protects the spring mechanism and guide roller from unnecessary wear.)

Pair the reel with a Rupes polisher or Scangrip work light for power exactly where you need it, even at a distance.
