Zeca Cable Reel 4315/GS 14+1m

The Zeca Cable Reel 4315/GS puts power exactly where you need it, with a 14 meter cable plus a 1 meter connection cable that unwinds on demand. The technopolymer housing protects the internal spring mechanism from dust, dirt and impacts, and the swivel wall or ceiling mount lets you install the reel wherever it's most convenient in your workshop.

The ratchet mechanism locks the cable at any length you need, so you never work with a loose cable trailing around. With the cable fully unwound you get up to 1800 Watts, while wound in this stays limited to 1200 Watts to prevent overheating. The cable itself is 3G 1.5mm² (H05VV-F) with a grounded Schuko plug, suited for work lights, chargers, small vacuums and other 230V equipment. The mechanism disassembles easily under steady tension, handy for maintenance.

How to use

1. Mount the reel via the swivel bracket on the wall or ceiling at a central spot in the workshop. (Make sure the fixing points are strong enough to carry the weight of the reel and cable.)

2. Pull the cable to the length you need, the ratchet mechanism locks it automatically. (If the cable jams, give it a brief extra pull to release the mechanism.)

3. Plug your device into the Schuko socket and fully unwind the cable for loads above 1200 Watts. (Above 1200 Watts, fully unwinding is required to prevent overheating of the 3G 1.5mm² cable.)

4. After use, give the cable a brief steady pull to release the mechanism so it springs back automatically. (Under constant tension, the ratchet mechanism disassembles easily for maintenance.)
