The Mavel Mega Compressed Air Hose Reel puts compressed air exactly where you need it, with a 20 meter polyurethane hose that stays kink-free during use. The fully enclosed plastic housing is impact resistant and protects the internal spring mechanism from dust and dirt, ideal for a busy workshop.

The automatic locking system clicks the hose in place every 50cm you pull out, giving you exactly the working length you need without it springing back. At a max working pressure of 15 bar you run blow guns, spray guns and most pneumatic detailing equipment without trouble. The reel is CE certified and rated from -5°C to +40°C, so you can count on it even in an unheated garage during winter. Mount it easily on the wall for a tidy, practical workshop.

How to use

1. Mount the reel on the wall at a central spot in your workshop. (Pick a solid mounting point that can properly bear the reel's weight.)

2. Pull the hose out straight to the working length you need, the lock clicks in automatically every 50cm. (Pull it out straight rather than around sharp corners, to avoid kinking.)

3. Connect your air tool and work within the max working pressure of 15 bar. (For heavier tools, always check the required working pressure first.)

4. After use, give the hose a brief extra pull to release the lock so it retracts automatically. (The enclosed housing keeps the spring mechanism free of dust while it rewinds.)

Connect a Tornador cleaning gun or Drypax blower to the reel and keep working safely with disposable nitrile gloves.
