Krauss Tool Trolley KR-220T

The KR-220T is a tool trolley you assemble without a single screw. The frame is anodised aluminium, and the three shelves are black plastic with a smooth surface you wipe clean fast after a day full of grease and dust. Each shelf measures 680 x 450 mm and holds up to 80 kg, so up to 240 kg spread across the three levels.

The sides are closed, so small parts can't roll off the trolley while you move it around. Four 100 mm swivel castors roll smoothly across the workshop floor, two of them fitted with brakes for a stable stop while you work. At 1000 mm total height and 11.5 kg in weight, you roll the trolley between workstations with ease, keeping tools, parts and consumables within reach.

How to use

1. Click the aluminium frame together following the modular system, no screws needed. (Thanks to the screw-free system you don't need any extra tools, everything clicks firmly into place.)

2. Place the three plastic shelves into the frame at the heights you want. (The closed sides keep small parts from accidentally falling off the shelves.)

3. Fit the four swivel castors underneath, with the two brake castors on the same side for stability. (That way you can lock the trolley in place with one motion as soon as you reach your workstation.)
