Zeca Air and Water Hose Reel 805 15m

This Zeca 805 reel retracts the hose automatically the moment you let go, thanks to a strong ratchet mechanism that holds the hose at any length during use. The housing is made from impact-resistant technopolymer, built for daily use in a busy workshop or detailing business. You mount the reel to a wall or ceiling with the included swivel bracket, keeping the hose within reach without it getting in the way.

The 15 metre KPU hose with an 8 mm diameter handles both air and water up to 15 bar, with a 1/4" BSP quick coupling for direct connection to your compressor or water line. That means you cover compressed air tools and rinse water with a single reel, instead of dragging two separate hoses across the workshop floor. To store it, give the hose a short tug and the ratchet mechanism reels it back in under control.

How to use

1. Mount the swivel bracket firmly to a wall or ceiling, somewhere the hose can extend freely. (Make sure the fixing points can bear the weight of the reel and the full hose.)

2. Connect the 1/4" BSP quick coupling to your compressor or water line. (The coupling fits standard 1/4 inch BSP connections without extra adapters.)

3. Pull the hose out to the length you need, the ratchet mechanism holds it there. (You can adjust the length mid-task without unclipping the reel.)

4. After use, give the hose a short tug so it reels back into the housing under control. (Under constant tension, the ratchet mechanism disassembles easily for maintenance.)
