Krauss Replacement IR Lamp for Speed Dry 300AX / 600AX

This replacement lamp fits the Krauss Speed Dry 300AX and 600AX infrared paint dryers. The short-wave infrared radiation penetrates deep into primer, basecoat, clearcoat and ceramic coatings, so your paint layer dries from the inside out without blistering. With intensive use in a body shop the original lamp wears out, and that is when you swap in a new one quickly without hassle. The lamp is made from quartz glass that handles high temperatures and delivers even heat transfer. Output 1 x 1100W, drying area 1200 x 1000 mm. Simple to fit, no modifications to your dryer needed.

How to use

1. Switch off the Speed Dry and let it cool down (Avoid burns, the old lamp can still be hot.)

2. Remove the old IR lamp from the fitting (Turn gently, do not force it.)

3. Place the new lamp in the same position (Do not touch the quartz glass with bare hands, finger grease can damage the lamp when heated.)

4. Connect the dryer and test at low power
