Koch Chemie Alkali Wheel Cleaner 5 L

Koch Chemie Alkali is a powerful, acid-free alkaline wheel cleaner for steel and aluminium wheels. The formula contains a combination of special soil carriers that dissolve caked brake dust, iron deposits, and other wheel grime thoroughly without damaging the wheel surface. Low-foaming and compliant with the ONORM 5106 standard for rapid fat separation, it is also skin-friendly during application. Dilutes from 1:2 to 1:10 depending on soil level, making it effective for both heavily caked and lightly soiled wheels. The formula is not suitable for uncoated or anodised wheels without lacquer. Wear gloves and apply to wet wheels for the best result and to minimise any risk of irritation.

How to use

1. Dilute the product 1:2 to 1:10 depending on soil level. (Use 1:2 for heavy brake dust and iron deposits, 1:5 for normal soiling, 1:10 for light contamination.)

2. Spray onto a wet wheel using a pressure sprayer. (Use a pressure sprayer for even coverage of the diluted product across the entire wheel surface.)

3. Allow a brief dwell time and scrub with a wheel brush for a more thorough clean of the wheel. (A soft wheel brush helps work the product in without scratching or damaging the wheel surface.)

4. Rinse thoroughly with a pressure washer until all product residue has been completely removed.

Use the D-CON Red Rocket wheel brush to work the product in, follow up with D-CON Dark Black Tire Gel on the tyres, protect the wheels with D-CON Wheel and Rim Wax, or tackle iron contamination first with Bilt-Hamber Korrosol.
