The Evolution CR Plus Solo is the flagship of Harder & Steenbeck's Evolution range, built for professionals working with demanding paints and lacquers. The triple chrome body resists corrosion and solvent attack, maintaining accuracy even with aggressive two-component coatings. The dual-action trigger gives independent control over paint flow and airflow in one movement: press for air, pull back for paint. PTFE seals protect internals from solvents that degrade standard rubber over time. No special tools are needed for disassembly, so post-session cleaning is fast. Fine atomization produces sharp lines and smooth gradients for detail and surface work.

How to use

1. Set air pressure to 1-1.5 bar for fine line work (Broader areas work at up to 2.5 bar. Thin lacquer with 10-20% reducer.)

2. Fill the cup with strained, properly thinned paint (Strain paint, fill three-quarters max. Viscosity like full-fat milk.)

3. Spray on a test surface and fine-tune needle and pressure (Press for air, pull back for paint. Vary distance 5-20 cm.)

4. Clean thoroughly immediately after use (Flush with solvent until mist clears. Disassemble needle and nozzle, wipe clean.)
