Scangrip Nova UV S

The Scangrip Nova UV S is a professional UV LED curing lamp that dramatically reduces the cure time of UV-sensitive ceramic coatings on paint, glass and plastic. The lamp delivers focused UV radiation without producing heat on the surface, completely eliminating the risk of thermal damage to paint or plastic. The built-in timer is adjustable from 1 to 5 minutes and switches the lamp off automatically, ensuring every panel receives an identical exposure time for even curing across the whole vehicle. The rechargeable battery removes cables from the floor and makes the unit suitable for use all around the vehicle. The diecast aluminium housing with solvent-resistant glass lens is shock-resistant and built for spray booth conditions. The slim form factor allows the Nova UV S to reach narrow and curved surfaces.

How to use

1. Apply the UV coating and allow the flash-off time specified by the manufacturer (Spread the coating evenly across the panel before beginning UV curing.)

2. Set the timer to 1 to 5 minutes and position the lamp 5 to 15 cm from the surface

3. Move the lamp in overlapping horizontal passes across the full panel

4. Check curing and charge the battery after use (Verify visually and via a touch test. Charge after each session so the lamp is always ready.)
