How to use

1. Place the sensor flat and perpendicular on the surface to measure (Make sure the substrate is clean and dry for a reliable reading)

2. Wait for the sound signal that confirms the reading (The coating thickness appears straight away on the LED display in micrometers)

3. Repeat the measurement on several points of the same panel (Large differences between points often point to filler or a prior repair)

4. Calibrate manually on a known surface if you are in doubt (That keeps the reading accurate even on unusual materials)
