Rupes Mini LHR75E STD Polisher

The Rupes Mini LHR75E STD is a compact polisher with a 75mm (3") pad size and 12mm orbit, specifically built for small and complex panel sections like mirror housings, bumper edges and entry corners. Like the larger BigFoot models, it corrects paint with near-rotary cutting power while keeping the safety of a dual-action motion. Anti-slip rubber inserts at the front give grip in tricky corners, and the power switch features a lock with a controlled, gradual start. The electronic speed control keeps the RPM constant, even under varying pressure. This STD version is the bare machine, without pads or polish. Ideal as a complement to a larger BigFoot or Duetto machine for the spots it can't reach well, or as a first polisher for anyone focused on detail work rather than full panel sections.

How to use

1. Mount a 3" backing plate and choose a pad matching the correction level. (A soft pad is usually enough for these small, complex panel sections.)

2. Apply polish spread across the pad, not directly onto the paint. (Two to three drops are enough for this small surface area.)

3. Start at low speed to spread it out, then increase to speed 4-5. (Work with light pressure, the small pad needs little force.)

4. Work in small overlapping passes and wipe down with a clean microfiber towel. (Check the result regularly, especially in tight corners and edges.)

Combine with a Krauss micro pad and Menzerna polish for precision work on the smallest spots.
