Rupes BigFoot LH19E DLX Deluxe Kit Rotary Polisher

The Rupes BigFoot LH19E DLX is the deluxe kit version of the popular BigFoot rotary machine, supplied in a sturdy carry case for organized storage and easy transport to every job. Under the hood sits the same powerful 1200 watt motor with high torque as the rest of the LH19E line, letting you remove deep scratches, oxidation and weathered paint quickly and effectively. The soft start lets you set your own pace, and while polishing you adjust speed steplessly through the trigger, so you can fine-tune per pad, compound and surface. The softgrip anti-vibration handle on top keeps things comfortable during longer polishing sessions and noticeably reduces fatigue in wrist and forearm. With a 9 meter power cable you work freely around the entire vehicle without repositioning an extension cord. Rotary polishing is the first, heavy correction step in paint correction and removes what a dual action machine cannot; follow up with a BigFoot dual action polisher for a swirl-free finish.

How to use

1. Fit a rotary pad and apply a suitable compound (Choose the compound based on how severe the scratches or oxidation are)

2. Start at low speed and build up gradually via the trigger (This prevents compound splatter and warms the pad evenly)

3. Work in overlapping passes, keep the machine flat and moving (Keep moving continuously so the paint does not overheat locally)

4. Wipe off residue with a microfiber towel and check the result in direct light (Repeat the step locally if scratches are still visible)

Complete the kit with a heavy cut compound and a wash bucket for the pre-wash, then finish with a microfiber towel.
