Rupes BigFoot HLR75 Beta Kit iBrid Polisher

The Rupes BigFoot HLR75 Beta Kit is a mini polisher with iBrid technology, built specifically for polishing small surfaces such as door handles, mirrors, and other hard-to-reach details. The machine runs up to 5500 rpm with a 12mm orbit combined with a 75mm backing plate, for precise control on small, curved panels.

Thanks to iBrid dual-power technology, you can run it on battery or with a cord (230V). The Beta Kit ships with 2 rechargeable Li-ion batteries and a charger, so you can work close to non-stop: charging takes about 20 to 25 minutes and delivers roughly 30 minutes of polishing time at max speed.

The kit includes everything you need to get started right away, from polishing pads to polish. Ideal for detailers who want consistent results on small, precise parts in addition to large surfaces.

How to use

1. Fully charge the included Li-ion battery in 20 to 25 minutes, or plug the machine straight into 230V if you'd rather work corded.

2. Fit the 75mm backing plate securely onto the shaft, then attach a polishing pad that matches the result you're after.

3. Apply a small amount of polish to the pad and work the small surface or detail at moderate speed with light pressure.

4. Swap batteries in time during longer sessions, so the second battery lets you keep working close to non-stop without downtime.

Round out the Beta Kit with an extra microfiber towel, masking tape, and disposable gloves for clean, safe detail work.
